What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight in real time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, our driver automatically adjusts and waits for you at arrivals — at no extra charge for delays up to 2 hours. For longer delays we will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate.
How do I find my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be standing at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name on it. They will be wearing a Manoir Tour branded uniform or holding a Manoir sign. If you cannot find them, call or WhatsApp us immediately and we will connect you within minutes.
Can you do inter-city transfers — not just the airport?

Absolutely. We handle all inter-city transfers across Rwanda — Kigali to Musanze (Volcanoes), Kigali to Akagera, Kigali to Lake Kivu, Musanze to Gisenyi, and any other route. Contact us with your start and end points and we will give you a quote within the hour.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes — child seats and booster seats are available free of charge. Please mention when booking how many children you are travelling with and their approximate ages/weights so we can bring the correct seat.
How far in advance should I book?

We accept bookings as little as a few hours in advance for sedan and SUV transfers, subject to availability. For minibus or luxury vehicle transfers, 24 hours notice is preferred. For peak travel periods (Christmas, New Year, July–August) we recommend booking at least 48–72 hours ahead.
